For damaged, defective or wrong-product claims, customers are strongly advised to record a continuous unboxing video showing:

  • Shipping label

  • Package condition

  • Opening of package

  • Product received

  • Any visible issue

The video may be requested for verification.

8. DELAYED DELIVERY

Courier delays may occur due to weather, festivals, strikes, transportation disruptions, operational issues, remote locations or other circumstances beyond OWLSKY's reasonable control.

A delivery delay does not automatically constitute a product defect or create a right to return.
